VenCorp

    VenCorp group started its activities on the Slovak market in year 2003 in order to carry out business activities of a private equity group of investors from the region of western and central Europe. The group is a member of SLOVCA (Slovak Venture Capital and Private Equity Investment). The goal of its activities is to valorize the funds of its shareholders through investments into qualitative and perspective projects in different phases of development. Since the beginning, the group has been developing in two directions; i.e in the property development field, currently prevailing, and venture capital.

     Residential development, which is supplemented by activities in the field of logistic development, constitutes the primary project within the VenCorp group. As far as the territory is concerned, the emphasis is placed on the region of Bratislava and vicinity, as well as the High Tatras region. However, there is an ongoing monitoring and evaluation of investment opportunities in localities with a growth potential in the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic.

     During its operation in the Slovak Republic, the group has succeeded in the allocation of its funds into several perspective projects.
